How students book and cancel drives

Students use My drives, pick instructor, date, and time, then Schedule Drive. Cancel from Manage Drive.

Parent portal and Parent Access Code

Parents enter a 10-digit code. They do not create an email password account.

Instructors record makeup curriculum, publish availability blocks, and students join from Class makeup.

Reset your password or unlock a login

Use Forgot password with the account email. Parents use a Parent Access Code, not a password.

When a drive slot opens after a cancel

A cancel puts the time back on the calendar. Other students book it from My drives. There is no waitlist.

Attention monitoring in class

Live class can use Eye AI. Self-paced can require a camera and face tracking. Seat time follows those rules.

Self paced courses with verified seat time

Students open Start class, work through course content, and keep the camera on if the school requires it.

Study in the Study center

Students open Study center for flashcards, match game, quizzes, and DOL practice tests.

Take a permit practice test

Start Practice test in Study center. Practice scores are for studying.

Certificates when a student finishes

When the student is eligible, open the Certificate tab on their profile.

Download DriversEdPro, then sign in as student, instructor, or parent with the matching login.

Book your behind the wheel lesson

Open My drives, then Schedule Drive. Choose instructor, date, and time. No pickup step.

Join a live class as a student

Open Attend class and tap Join live class. Allow the camera if the school requires it.

Pay a student balance

Students use Payments → Make a payment. Parents pay tuition and fines in Pay & fines without creating an account.

No-show and late cancel fees

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead to avoid the drive cancellation fine. Staff mark no-shows.

Track day and night driving hours

Day and night totals live on Driving Hours. They come from completed drives, not a manual toggle.

Why a student cannot book a drive

Student scheduling, permit, payment plan percent, unpaid fines, one drive per day, curriculum order, or no slots.
