What you'll do
You will see what happens after a cancellation: the slot reopens, waitlisted students get a text, and the first booking wins.
Join the waitlist
Students can join a waitlist for a day or instructor when no slot fits. Parents see the same option from their account.
A cancellation reopens the hour
Canceling inside the window puts the slot back on the calendar immediately. Nobody at the desk has to call around.
Alerts go out
Waitlisted students get a text. First to book gets it. Turn this on in automations if it is not already sending.
Tip
The mobile app is the fastest way to grab an opened slot. Mention it at enrollment.
