How students book and cancel drives
What you'll do
You will see the booking flow from the student side: finding a slot, booking it, and canceling inside the rules. Parents see the same schedule from their own account.
Open the schedule
From the student dashboard or mobile app, open Drives. Students only see slots that match their program, their progress, and the school's rules, so there is nothing to get wrong.
Book a slot
Pick a time, confirm the pickup location, and book. The lesson lands on the student calendar, the instructor calendar, and the parent's view at the same time. A reminder is scheduled automatically.
Cancel inside the window
Canceling before the school's cutoff reopens the slot for other students and notifies the waitlist. Canceling after the cutoff, or not showing up, applies the school's late or no-show policy automatically.
Rebook
If a balance lock is on and there is an unpaid balance, booking pauses until the balance clears, then reopens instantly after payment.
Tip
Students with the mobile app respond to open slot alerts fastest. Encourage installing it at enrollment.
