Reset your password or unlock a login
What you'll do
You will reset a forgotten password from the sign in screen, or have a school admin send a reset if the email is not arriving.
Use Forgot password
On the sign in page, choose Forgot password and enter the email on the account. You will get a reset link that expires after a short window.
Check spam and the right email
Parents sometimes type the student email, and students sometimes type the parent email. Use the address the school has on the record.
Ask the school if nothing arrives
An owner or assistant can send a fresh reset from the user profile. They cannot see your old password, they can only send a new link.
Tip
If you use the mobile app, sign out and back in after a reset so the app picks up the new password.
