Reset your password or unlock a login
What you'll do
You will reset student and staff logins from Forgot password. Parent portal does not use email and password.
Forgot password on Sign in
On Sign in, choose Forgot password? Enter the email on the account and Send reset link. You should see Check your email. Then open the link and set a new password on Reset password.
Students can send a reset from Settings
Signed-in students can open Settings → Security → Send Password Reset Email. That uses the same reset email as Forgot password.
Staff can send a reset from the student
On the student, Edit student → Account includes Send password reset email. Staff cannot see the old password.
Parents do not reset a password
Parent portal uses the 10-digit Parent Access Code only. If the code fails, copy it again from the student Home or Settings. Do not use Forgot password for a parent.
Tip
After a reset, sign out of the mobile app and sign in again so the app stores the new password.
