Parent code not working
What you'll do
You will copy the code from the student Home or Settings, then enter it on Parent portal. There is no parent email sign-up.
Copy the current code
Student Home and Settings show Parent Access Code. Staff see Parent code on the profile. Type all 10 digits. Older screenshots of the code will fail if the school generated a new one.
Use Parent portal, not student Sign in
Open Parent portal (or parent sign-in in the app). Student Sign in with email will never accept a parent code. Parents do not create a password account.
Ask the school to read it out
If the family still cannot get in, the school reads Parent code from the student profile. Staff can also Confirm the student is Active.
