Parent code not working

What you'll do
You will find the parent code on the student profile, create a parent account (not a student account), and enter the code.
Copy the code from the student
The school can read it from the student profile. The student can share it from their account. Codes are unique per student.
Use a parent account
Sign up as a parent. Signing up as a student and then entering a parent code will fail.
Ask the school to resend
If the code was rotated, only the new one works. The school can generate a fresh code from the profile.
