No-show and late cancel fees
What you'll do
You will cancel from Manage Drive. The late window is 24 hours. The dollar amount is the school's Drive cancellation fine.
Cancel 24 hours ahead
Students open the lesson → Manage Drive → Cancel Drive. If you cancel inside 24 hours of the start (or after it started), the school's drive cancellation fine can apply. Written Skills Exam bookings are not fined this way. Quiz makeup is a class makeup session, not a drive.
The fine amount is a school setting
Owners set Drive cancellation fine (optional) on billing pricing. The 24-hour window is fixed. Students see the policy when they cancel.
No-show
If the student does not attend, staff mark the drive no-show. That can add a no-show fee on the student Payments tab. Unpaid fines can block the next Schedule Drive until they are paid or marked paid.
