Makeup classes
What you'll do
Record makeup videos from Admin → My Course (classroom), then use My Availability → Makeup for booking slots. Students join from Class makeup. Instructors monitor sessions from Class Makeups.
Record makeup curriculum
Instructors open Admin → My Course (classroom mode), click Create makeup on a day with slides, record each slide (camera and whiteboard optional), add post-slide activities if needed, then publish the day.
Publish a makeup block
Instructors open My Availability → Makeup and publish a makeup block. Class Makeups lists blocks you are monitoring.
Students open Class makeup
On the student dashboard, Class makeup is where students book and join a makeup session. A makeup session fee may apply if the school set it on billing.
Quiz makeup uses the same makeup calendar
Students who fail a class quiz book a quiz makeup on the same Class makeup availability blocks. They join that session to retake the quiz with the instructor. Drive retakes follow Fail drives and any retake fine on Drives & exams.
Tip
If a student cannot find makeup times, check that an instructor actually published a Makeup availability block.
