Parent portal and Parent Access Code
What you'll do
You will copy the Parent Access Code from the student, then open Parent portal. Parents can pay tuition and fines from Pay & fines without creating an account.
Find the Parent Access Code
Students see Parent Access Code on Home and under Settings (copy). Staff see Parent code on the student profile under Contact & enrollment. It is 10 digits, shown like 000-000-0000.
Open Parent portal
On the web, go to Parent portal and enter the code. Optional: Remember this device. In the DriversEdPro app, use the parent sign-in screen in the app, not the marketing website parent page.
What parents see
Overview cards for attendance, class progress, drive hours, and balance. Tabs are Drives, Driving Insights, Attendance, Exams, Pay & fines, Study, and Notifications. Notifications are a history of messages, not a chat box.
What parents cannot do
Parents cannot book or cancel drives, cannot message the school as the student, and cannot edit grades or hours. From Pay & fines they can pay that student’s tuition and fines (card checkout goes to the school) and download receipts.
Tip
If the code fails, you are probably on student Sign in. Parent portal only accepts the 10-digit code.
