Certificates when a student finishes
What you'll do
You will download the certificate from the student Certificate tab after hours, tests, and drives for that class are complete.
Finish the requirements
Classroom hours, required tests, and required drives must be done. Failed core drives may need a retake. Makeup class is separate if they missed a live session.
Open the Certificate tab
On the student profile, open Certificate when it is available. Admins can also reach certificates from Enrolled Students. The template uses your school details.
If it is missing
Check remaining drives, a failed quiz, unpaid course percentage, or status still Inactive / Pending. The certificate does not print from Issue Reports.
