What you'll do
You will see when a certificate issues, where to download it, and what still blocks completion if it has not appeared yet.
Meet the requirements
Classroom hours, tests, and drives for that program all need to be complete. Makeup and retake rules apply first.
The certificate generates
It uses your school details and stays on the student record. Students and parents can download it from their account.
If it has not appeared
Open the student overview. A remaining hour, a failed quiz, or an unpaid requirement the school attached to completion will be listed.
