Unpaid balance
If the school turned on balance locks, pay the balance. Booking reopens as soon as payment posts.
Missing classroom progress
Some programs require classroom hours or a passed quiz before the next drive. Finish that requirement first.
Too many lessons held
Schools cap how many future drives a student can hold. Cancel one, then book the new time.
No matching availability
If no slots show, the instructor has no open hours, the vehicle is out of service, or the student is in the wrong program.
