How students book and cancel drives

Students use My drives, pick instructor, date, and time, then Schedule Drive. Cancel from Manage Drive.

Standard and Scale include GPS Tracking. The instructor session records the route when the drive runs.

Add vehicles and campuses

Manage the fleet under Vehicle Fleet. Campus addresses live under Classrooms. Reserve a vehicle on each drive.

When a drive slot opens after a cancel

A cancel puts the time back on the calendar. Other students book it from My drives. There is no waitlist.

Log a completed drive

Open My Drives, reserve a vehicle, run the session, then Complete. GPS records while the session is on.

No-show and late cancel fees

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead to avoid the drive cancellation fine. Staff mark no-shows.
