Set instructor availability
What you'll do
You will set each instructor's working hours, connect them to vehicles and pickup locations, and control how far ahead students can book. Once this is saved, the calendar fills itself inside your rules.
Open the instructor's availability
Instructors set their own hours from their dashboard, or an admin can set them. Pick the weekdays and time windows they teach, and add time off for vacations or appointments.
Connect vehicles and locations
Assign which cars, trucks, or motorcycles the instructor teaches in, and which pickup locations they serve. The calendar will never double book a vehicle or send two students to one car.
Set booking rules
Decide how far in advance students can book, how close to a lesson they can cancel without a fine, and how many drives a student can hold at once. These rules apply automatically to every booking.
Publish
Once published, students in the right program see open slots that match their progress. A cancellation reopens the slot and notifies the waitlist without anyone touching the phone.
Tip
Start with fewer bookable hours than an instructor can actually work. It is easier to open more slots than to move booked families.
