Add vehicles and campuses
What you'll do
You will add cars on Vehicle Fleet and campus addresses on Classrooms. Students do not pick a meetup pin when they book.
Add the vehicle
Open Vehicle Fleet. Use Add vehicle. Required fields include Make, Model, and License plate. Statuses are Active, Maintenance, and Out of service. Use Out of service or Set to maintenance when the car is in the shop.
Add a campus if you have more than one site
Admin Tools → Classrooms includes Campuses (Campus name and Address). That is the school location list, not a pickup dropdown on Schedule Drive.
Reserve the car on the lesson
When the instructor runs the drive, they must Reserve vehicle before Complete. Availability does not permanently assign a car to an instructor.
Tip
Mark a car Out of service instead of deleting it so history and incidents stay on the record.
