Add vehicles and pickup locations
What you'll do
You will add each vehicle and pickup location, then attach them to instructors. The calendar blocks double booking automatically.
Add the vehicle
Give it a name families will recognize, like Red Civic or Range bike 2. Mark it out of service when it is in the shop so nobody can book it.
Add pickup locations
School lot, student home, or a meetup pin. Students pick from the locations that instructor serves.
Attach them to instructors
An instructor who only teaches in the truck should not appear on car lessons. Once attached, availability and vehicles stay in sync.
Tip
If a car is in the shop, mark it out of service instead of deleting it. Existing future lessons stay on the record.
