Automated reminders and messages
What you'll do
You will turn on the automatic messages that remove most of your front desk phone work: drive and class reminders, balance notices, and waitlist alerts when a slot opens.
Lesson reminders
Choose when reminders go out, for example 24 hours and 2 hours before a drive. Students and parents both get them. No-show rates drop immediately because nobody forgets.
Balance notices
Reminders send before each installment due date and after a missed payment. Pair them with payment links so families can settle from their phone in one tap.
Open slot alerts
When a drive is canceled, students on the waitlist get a text about the open slot. First to book gets it. Canceled hours stop being lost revenue.
Keep messages yours
Edit the wording of any message once and every future send uses it. Messages come from your school's name, not ours.
Tip
Turn on the 2 hour drive reminder even if you already send a 24 hour one. It catches the students who confirmed yesterday and forgot today.
