Enroll a student

5 minUpdated August 2026For school owners, instructors

What you'll do

You will enroll a student two ways: letting families sign up from your enrollment link, and adding a student yourself at the desk. Both end with the same complete student record.

  1. Share your enrollment link

Every school gets an enrollment page with your programs and prices. Families pick a program, enter student and parent details, and pay online if you take cards. The student record is created automatically.

  2. Or add a student at the desk

From Students, choose Add student. Enter their name, contact details, and program. You can record a cash or card payment in the same flow, or leave the balance open on an invoice.

  3. Attach a parent

Teen students get a parent code on their profile. A parent enters that code when creating their account and is linked instantly, with visibility into progress, schedules, and balances. Adult students can skip this.

  4. Place them in a class

Assign the student to a class session. Their attendance tracker, seat time counter, and study materials for that program switch on the moment they are placed.

Tip

Enrollment from the link is the fastest path: the family types their own details and pays before you ever touch the record.
