Create custom tests and quizzes

What you'll do

You will build a question bank from your curriculum, attach it to a class or module, and set the passing rules. After that, grading and retakes handle themselves.

  1. Build the question bank

Create multiple choice questions with the correct answer and an optional explanation students see after answering. Group questions into banks by topic, like signs, right of way, or air brakes for CDL.

  2. Attach it to a class or module

Add a quiz to a live class as a pop quiz, to a self paced section as a checkpoint, or to the end of a module as a gate. The same bank can be reused everywhere.

  3. Set passing rules

Choose the passing score, the number of allowed retakes, and whether failing routes students back to review material. Progress gates enforce this without staff involvement.

  4. Read the results

Scores post to each student record instantly. The class view shows which questions the group missed most, which tells you exactly what to reteach.

Tip

Add explanations to the questions students fail most. The explanation shows at the moment they got it wrong, which is when they actually learn.
