Run a live online class
What you'll do
You will start the session from Classes, not from a generic Start GPS or phone-detection panel.
Start Class
Open Classes, choose the class, and use Start Class (or Start Class Late). That puts you in the teaching room for that class.
Teach from your course content
Slides come from Course Content / the class curriculum. Page through the lesson in the teach view. Tools for the session sit with that classroom, including Class attention.
Attention tracking
Eye AI attention tracking is a plan feature (Standard and Scale). School Settings also has In-person live session engagement for in-person rules. There is no four-switch panel labeled camera check-in, phone detection, and pause-on-leave.
End the session
When class ends, verified attendance and any warnings stay on the student record for that session.
Tip
Start Class on desktop when you are presenting slides. Students join from Attend class on their side.
