Guest payments by link
What you'll do
You will send a guest checkout link from Office drives, not from the student Payments tab. Anyone with the link can pay by card.
Open Office drives
Staff who book guest or outside drivers use Office drives (assistant drives). That board is where Charge guest and Send payment link live. The regular student Payments tab does not have Send payment link.
Charge guest or send the link
Enter the amount, then Charge guest or share the payment link (including QR where the board shows it). The payer opens a guest checkout page and does not sign in.
Course tuition is different
Families paying remaining course tuition use the student Payments page → Make a payment, or ask the desk to Record Payment for cash. Guest links are for guest drive invoices and similar one-off charges.
Tip
If a grandparent is paying remaining tuition, have the student open Make a payment on the student account, or record cash at the desk.
