Guest payments by link
What you'll do
You will send a payment link anyone can use. The payer does not need a DriversEdPro account. The money still posts to the right student.
Open Send payment link
From the student Payments tab, choose Send payment link. The amount defaults to the current balance, or you can type a different amount for a split payment.
Share the link
Text or email it to the family, or copy it and send it yourself. Grandparents, employers, and caseworkers use this constantly.
The payment lands on the record
When they pay, the transaction shows as a guest payment with a receipt. It counts the same as a card charged at the desk.
Tip
Send the same link to two payers when a family is splitting tuition. Each payment posts as its own line.
