What you'll do
You will transfer a student to another program or drop them. Hours already earned stay on the record. Refunds are a separate step.
Transfer programs
Open the student, change the program, and confirm remaining requirements. Completed hours carry over when the new program accepts them.
Drop the student
Dropping closes enrollment. The history, payments, and drives remain for audits. You can still issue a refund from Payments.
