Export hour logs and state reports
What you'll do
You will use the Compliance dashboard, not Issue Reports, when an auditor wants roster, drives, or attendance files.
Open State Compliance
In Admin Tools, open State Compliance (Compliance dashboard). That is the audit export page.
Download CSV
Download CSV is available for Audit log, Drive sessions, Drive signatures, Student roster, Instructor roster, Fleet vehicles, Payments, and Class attendance.
GPS detail is on Standard and Scale
Drive session exports pair with GPS Tracking when your plan includes it. Essentials will not show GPS Tracking in the admin nav.
Tip
Export after the last drive is Completed, so the CSV matches the record you will show.
