Export hour logs and state reports

What you'll do
You will export hour logs, drive records, and completion data from the student record or a school-wide report.
Open reports
From the admin dashboard, open Reports. Filter by program, class, or date range.
Export the student
A single student export includes hours, drives with timestamps, attendance warnings, and the certificate if it has issued.
Keep GPS detail attached
On Standard and Scale, drive exports include the GPS hour proof behind each lesson.
Tip
Export after you log the last drive, not before. The file is a snapshot of the record at that moment.
