FAQ

Support questions

Straight answers about how contact and support work on DriversEdPro.

How fast do you reply?

Typical replies land within one business day. Urgent account or payment issues get prioritized when you mark the category clearly.

What should I include in my message?

Your school name, the role you use (admin, instructor, or student), what you expected, what happened, and any screenshots or error text you have.

Can you help with scheduling setup?

Yes. Ask about room availability, student drive preferences, FIFO auto schedule, reminders, or payment gated booking, or start with the scheduling help articles.

Is the help center better for how-to steps?

For step by step product walkthroughs, search the help center first. Use this form when you need a person, a school specific fix, or something the docs do not cover.

Which email should I use?

support@driversedpro.com is for support and legal notice paths. contact@driversedpro.com is for general product and operations email. You can also call (509) 873-2600.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the sign in page, click Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the link in your inbox. It opens the reset password page where you set a new password. See the forgot password guide in the help center for full steps.

I forgot the email on my account.

Your driving school created the account and knows which email is on file. Students should use Contact school in the dashboard or call the school office. School admins can update emails in their admin tools or contact us with the school name.

Can DriversEdPro refund a lesson or tuition charge?

Refunds for student lesson and tuition charges are handled by your driving school, not DriversEdPro directly. Contact the school that processed the payment. School owners with subscription invoice questions can email support@driversedpro.com.

Should I contact my school or DriversEdPro?

Contact your school for enrollment, scheduling rules, cancellations, local refunds, and student records. Contact DriversEdPro for platform bugs, login failures that persist after reset, and school admin account issues.

How do I report a bug?

Use this form with category Technical issue. Include your school name, role, steps to reproduce, browser or device, and screenshots or exact error text. You can also email support@driversedpro.com.

The app or website will not load. Is that a platform issue?

Try another browser, clear cache, and update the mobile app. If pages still fail after sign in, that is a platform issue: contact us with the URL, time, and screenshots. If only your drive schedule looks wrong, start with your school.

My reset password email never arrived.

Check spam and promotions, confirm the email matches what your school registered, wait five to ten minutes, then request another link from the forgot password page. If nothing arrives, verify the email on file with your school.

My account is locked. How do I unlock it?

Wait about 15 minutes after too many failed sign in attempts, then use Forgot password to set a new password. If you still cannot sign in, your school admin can confirm the email on the account.

How do I change my password while signed in?

Open Settings, go to General, then Security, and click Send reset email. Use the link in that email to set a new password on the reset password page.

Where are the step by step help articles?

Search the help center for topics like forgot password, refund, contact school, and report bug. Each guide links to related articles and the right next action.
