Search the roster, open any profile, and click through attendance, driving hours, payments, and permissions. Sample data, real interface.
Search the roster, filter by status, and click any student. The Payments tab shows plans, guest payments, and balances. The Permissions tab shows exactly who can edit what.
How the system flows
Most schools rebuild the same student data in five places. In DriversEdPro it is captured once and updated by the system as students learn, drive, and pay.
Students sign up online or your staff adds them at the desk. Program, price, documents, and parent contacts are captured once and never retyped.
Classroom hours, drive records, quiz scores, warnings, payments, and notes all land on the same student record automatically as the program runs.
Passing a test unlocks the next module. Paying a balance unlocks the next drive. Finishing everything generates the certificate. No spreadsheet reconciling.
When hours, tests, and drives are done, the record closes itself out with a certificate and an audit ready history for your state.
What lives on the record
A CRM stores names. A driving school needs hours, drives, warnings, documents, money, and state reports on every single student.
Online sign up with your programs and prices, or staff enrollment at the desk. Waivers and documents attach to the record from day one.
Hours, drives, quiz scores, and attendance update in real time. The record is always current because the system writes it, not your staff.
Permits, waivers, instructor notes, and incident flags live on the student. Anyone with permission finds them in seconds.
Text or email a student or parent right from their profile. Reminders, balance notices, and schedule changes send themselves.
Hour logs, drive records, and completion data export in the shape your state asks for. Audits stop being a weekend project.
Completion certificates generate automatically with your school details when requirements are met, and stay on file forever.
Permissions
Student records hold sensitive information and money. DriversEdPro separates what owners, admins, instructors, assistants, parents, and students can see and edit, and logs every change with a name on it.
From a real change log
2:14 PM · Payment plan edited
Admin Dana R. moved Jayden C. from paid in full to 3 installments. Parent notified automatically.
4:32 PM · Drive record logged
Instructor James T. logged 60 minutes with skills covered. He cannot see or edit payments.
6:05 PM · Access blocked
Assistant account tried to open refunds. Permission is off for that role, so nothing happened.
Money on the record
Tuition, installments, guest payments, cash at the desk, and refunds all post to the student record the moment they happen.
Card checkout, payment plans with automatic installments, pay per drive, invoices, and cash recorded at the desk. All of it lands on the student record.
A grandparent, employer, or caseworker pays with a link and no account. The payment still posts to the right student with a clean receipt.
Automatic reminders go out before installments and after missed payments. Turn on balance locks and unpaid students cannot book the next drive.
Decide which staff can edit payments, issue refunds, or record cash. Every payment edit is logged with who did it and when.
Families included
Every student record extends to the family. Parents get their own login and mobile app with progress, schedules, balances, and payments for their student. The front desk stops being a call center.
Parents see hours, drives, and grades in real time
Schedule changes and reminders reach parents automatically
Balances and payment links sit one tap away in the app
Questions
What schools ask before moving their records over.
One record per student that tracks enrollment, classroom hours, drive records, quiz scores, documents, notes, messages, payments, and certificates. Staff search and filter the roster, and everything updates automatically as the program runs.
That is a school setting. Owners and admins get full edit, instructors log lessons and grades, assistants see only what you turn on, and parents and students get view and pay access. Every edit is logged with who made it and when.
Every payment, plan, refund, and cash entry posts to the student record automatically. Balances update in real time, reminders send themselves, and optional balance locks stop unpaid students from booking drives until they pay.
A payment link anyone can use without creating an account. Grandparents, employers, and caseworkers pay their share and the money still lands on the right student with a receipt. Schools use it constantly for split family payments.
Yes. Parents get their own portal and mobile app access with progress, schedules, balances, and payment options. They see their student, and nothing else.
Yes. Hour logs, drive records with timestamps, attendance warnings, and completion data export in audit ready form. Because the system wrote the record as it happened, there is nothing to reconstruct.
