Scheduling in the product

Create physical classrooms and see weekly occupancy from live class schedules so rooms do not double book.
Students set preferred days and a time window, then wait in a FIFO queue for matching open slots.
When a cancel frees a slot, matching eligible students can be auto assigned in queue order.
Auto scheduled drives ask for student confirmation. Permit, curriculum order, and one drive per day rules still apply.
SMS and in product reminders help cut no shows. Cancellation policies keep the calendar recoverable when plans change.
Drive access can unlock based on payment progress so the front desk is not chasing balances after the fact.
