Link your existing QuickBooks account from the DriversEdPro admin dashboard with step-by-step guidance. No developer setup required.
Once connected, student checkout and online card payments are ready. Charges flow through QuickBooks and student balances update in DriversEdPro.
Card charges go through QuickBooks Payments, then sync to the student payment plan in DriversEdPro.
Apple Pay and Google Pay can complete checkout when the device and browser support Payment Request, using the same card token path.
Successful charges create Sales Receipts in QuickBooks so books stay aligned with student payments.
Flexible Options
Accept enrollment and partial course payments, then unlock behind-the-wheel booking as students pay. Staff can update balances and record desk payments anytime.
Students can enroll with a school-configured down payment percentage. Default plans often start around 35% at enrollment, with further gates per drive and for the final session.
Set enrollment, per-drive, and final payment percentages for your school. Staff can also update paid and due amounts on a student record.
Drive scheduling is limited by your school's payment plan percentages. Students unlock later drives as cumulative payment reaches each gate.
Students can pay the remaining balance, a partial amount, or a custom amount from their payments hub and join checkout.
