DriversEdPro is cloud school software for driver education. This page covers the access controls, integrations, exports, and backup tools your school admin team actually uses, without inventing managed IT services or enterprise SSO claims.

What this page covers
Schools run DriversEdPro as a hosted SaaS product. Your team keeps ownership of school devices, network, and local IT. We provide product onboarding, school admin tools, and support through the channels below.
Students, instructors, assistants, and school admins sign in to role based portals. School data is scoped with database row level security.
School admins invite faculty, connect QuickBooks, export compliance CSVs, and back up school files to ZIP or connected cloud drives.
Request a demo or contact support when you need help moving records, training staff, or configuring payment and messaging tools.
We do not claim SAML SSO, a public developer API, 24/7 SOC monitoring, or that DriversEdPro replaces your school IT department.
Access and identity
Users sign in with email and password through Supabase Auth. School admins can require stronger account protection with authenticator based 2FA, and roles keep students, instructors, assistants, and admins in the right portals.
Accounts confirm by email. Password reset sends a recovery link to the user's inbox.
TOTP apps and backup codes add a second step after password entry when enabled.
Student, instructor, assistant, and school admin experiences stay separate, with school scoped admin tools.
Admins generate invite codes for instructors, assistants, and additional school admins from faculty tools.

Integrations that exist today
These are the third party connections implemented in the product. They are not a generic API marketplace.
School admins connect QuickBooks Online. Online card charges create sales receipts and update student balances in DriversEdPro.
School messaging and reminder flows can send SMS through Twilio when the school has messaging configured.
Account, notify, and admin email paths send through Resend for product mail.
The Capacitor mobile apps can receive push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging where configured.

Security posture
DriversEdPro stores school data in Supabase with role based access and row level security. Card numbers for online payments are handled by Intuit QuickBooks Payments, not stored as full PANs in DriversEdPro.
Our privacy policy describes FERPA aligned handling for education records. That is a policy commitment, not a third party certification badge.
Cloud infrastructure encrypts data in transit and at rest where appropriate, as described in the privacy policy.
Online card processing runs through QuickBooks Payments. DriversEdPro stores balances and payment outcomes for school workflows.
School admins, instructors, assistants, and students only see the portals and records their roles allow.

Operations IT should expect
When IT evaluates DriversEdPro, scheduling is part of the same product surface as payments and messaging. Room occupancy, student drive preferences, and auto schedule tools reduce manual calendar work for staff.
Weekly room occupancy views and conflict detection help keep in person and online rooms from overlapping.
Students set preferred days and times so open slots can be offered in preference order.
When a slot reopens, the preference queue can auto schedule the next matching student, with confirmation when required.
Drive unlock rules can follow school configured payment progress so scheduling stays tied to balances.
